They showed up on time for the estimate, walked me through my options without any pressure, and provided a clear, detailed quote. One thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable they were about materials—they recommended upgrading to Class 4 impact-resistant shingles and explained the long-term benefits. Not only does the roof look great, but I was also able to get a discount on my homeowner’s insurance because of the upgrade, which was a huge bonus I hadn’t fully considered at first. The crew worked efficiently and clearly knew what they were doing. They were careful around my property and did a thorough job cleaning up afterward—no stray nails or debris left behind. Excellent experience with Daniel Slater and Twin Hammers. Their summer 2024 roof replacement was flawless and quick...absolutely outstanding workmanship. When I contacted them in April 2026 about a potential leak under warranty, communication was slow (multiple emails, voicemails, several days of follow-ups before getting a response from Chris). However, once scheduled, they came out within days, quickly diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond. Turns out it wasn't the roof but caulking deterioration between the brick and wood trim. They caulked it for free, tested for water sealing, and everything checked out perfectly. Despite the initial communication lag, their A+ service and willingness to solve the problem right make them worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Twin Hammers Roofing and Christian enough. I had been dealing with my insurance company for over 30 days and Christian went out of his way more than once to take photos to accommodate the insurance company’s multiple requests, all while maintaining the utmost professionalism. We had been up against a tight deadline and Christian and his team knocked the roof out in a day. The workmanship and thoroughness shows in the final product. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Daniel Slater went out on an emergency call to checkout what we thought was a roof leak because water was dripping from the ceiling. Turns out it wasn’t a roof problem but Daniel provided a thorough inspection of the roof as well as the source of the leak. He even sent us pictures and answered all of our questions.
