John Mora was my point of contact throughout the entire process, and he was extremely easy to work with—professional, responsive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Communication was clear the entire time, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I had about 30 different roofing companies come by the house after the hail storm, but I ultimately chose USA Home Roofing & Exteriors largely because of how John presented himself. He was informative, straightforward, and never pushy, which really set him apart from the others. During the process, I also asked about additional upgrades outside of the original scope of work, and everything was handled without any issues. The workmanship was top-notch, the crew was respectful of my property, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. My experience with USA Home Roofing was nothing but excellent from the initial contact to the end. John Mora and his team; Kevin & his office personnel, Nancy Vaca, have been a joy to work with. John's schedule was quite busy, but he and Kevin came out and inspected my 30 year old roof and a back apartment. There was a lot of sun damage and weathering with missing shingles and raccoon damage where they made a hole for nesting. The roof has different slopes and pitches with a lot of square footage, so it required a few days of work. They finished and started on the back roof. It was all completed successfully and looks amazing. They ran a magnet to scan for nails around my property and my adjoining neighbors also. They cleaned up and left it very clean. I appreciate having found them on Google reviews and on the BBB. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone searching for reputable roofer who stands for integrity and professionalism and stands by his word. Thank you, John, for giving me peace of mind.

They arrived early and worked diligently until the job was completed, all in one day. Cleaned up after themselves. Looks great and I’m very pleased with the work that was done.

The team at USA Home Roofing & Exteriors did an excellent job replacing my roof. John Mora, Kevin Vaca , and Sofia Vaca were very professional, and my satisfaction was their number one priority. John and Sofia guided me every step of the way, and made sure that I understood the whole Roofing experience. Kevin met my insurance adjuster on site and made sure to point out every bit of damage, even finding a little hole that the adjuster overlooked. Kevin even went as far as repairing the small hole, even without a signed contract. John stayed on site with the installation crew all day on a Saturday and made sure the roof was installed perfectly. Final payment was not accepted until I was 100% satisfied. Even though I called them several times, they always answered my calls, or got right back with me. They are very honest and trustworthy, and made me feel like part of their family. I could not be happier with my roof, and I I highly recommend John and his team.
