Austin Pro Siding did an AMAZING job replacing all of our windows, front door and turning two sets of windows into sliding glass doors. We got a bunch of different quotes from different companies. Austin Pro was a great price - not cheap, but very fair! They also did fabulous work. They communicated well about when they would be at our house. They were kind and respectful to people who were home at the time. They had to enlarge an opening (cut into the wall) to install a large quadruple slider and did great work! They also cleaned up after themselves! All around a great experience - would HIGHLY recommend and will use them for future jobs, if necessary!

We had a wonderful experience working with DLC Construction from start to finish and would recommend them without hesitation. They are a family-run operation with a large, hardworking team, and we were impressed by how quickly and thoroughly they worked. Our project was extensive: they completely rebuilt our rotting back porch and overhang, added beautiful cedar tongue-and-groove ceilings to both our front and back porches, replaced damaged wood, fascia, soffits, and trim around the entire exterior of our house, and then painted everything. The quality of the work and their attention to detail throughout the project were excellent. Just as important, they were incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Any time we had a question or concern, they got back to us quickly, explained what was happening, and put our minds at ease. Their pricing also felt very fair and reasonable for the amount and quality of work they did. It was also the little things that really stood out. During construction, two small, inexpensive pots in our backyard were accidentally broken. I never even mentioned it, but the team quietly replaced them with lovely new pots and replanted the plants themselves. That kind of thoughtfulness says a lot about how they run their business and treat their customers. The entire crew was professional, thorough, and a pleasure to have working at our home. We are extremely happy with the finished project and will absolutely be calling DLC Construction again as we continue with our exterior remodeling. Highly recommend!!

I used AustinPro twice now on two different homes, and there is no competition for these guys in Austin! They are top notch in terms of quality, timeliness, safety and overall performance! Kevin was wonderful in helping me make some decisions about the project and Garrett was extremely thorough with punch out and making sure everything was done to my liking. We contacted Austin Pro Siding as part of a comprehensive siding replacement project, as our fiberboard siding was end-of-life and starting to really have problems that would have only gotten worse. Along the way, we also discovered that we needed to have the roof replaced, and so put that in the mix for a bid as well. We contacted six different companies, each of which brought a particular set of strengths and challenges. We chose Austin Pro based on a combination of factors: personalized attention to our project, comprehensive estimate and explanation of each line item, and ability to get the project done on a timeline that worked for us. We chose to have the house re-sided with Hardie Plank, painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, and re-shingled the roof with GAF shingles. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the process of basically re-doing the entire house, especially when insurance companies come into play. To that end, everyone at Austin Pro was first rate. Before we even settled on a contractor, Paul, our project manager, walked me through the intricacies of the process, and spent probably more time than he wanted explaining how things would go, and what options we had. The bid was competitive, and the line-by-line items on the original bid made it easy to see what was going to be done, and what materials were going to be used. He was patient and courteous and flexible, and was also able to speak to us in a way that didn't make things even more confusing. Kevin was the siding project lead, and though we never met in person, I felt comfortable that he had our best interests at heart as he got the crew on site, working fast and efficiently to remove and replace the siding. He even called in the middle of the siding job to tell us that we didn't need something we thought we would, saving us money that we could then use for add-ons we didn't originally budget for. The siding install and siding paint was done beyond our initial expectations, with nice touches like window framing and utility box framing that I didn't even know we needed but now look perfect. We had the back door repainted as well as our front balcony and pillars, and the end result is fantastic. It really was done to the point where it looks like a brand new house, and not one built in the early 1990s. Paul was back on site for the roofing job, and the roofers did a great job removing and replacing the shingles and skylight with new materials, on a roof that is exceptionally steep and challenging. They had the entire project done in only two days, and it looks fantastic. Finally, Garrett came by to do the final walk-through and punch list check-off, and was a real pleasure to interact with. He fulfilled all the items on the list, at least the ones he could do on his own, and did so in a friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient manner. All in all, Austin Pro lived up to their name and to their reputation. It is possible to find a company that can do your big jobs for less, but I am not sure you could find one that could do it better. They stand by their work with a quality assurance guarantee, and while I don't intend to need it, it's great that it's there.
