I had the pleasure of working with Micah from Flagstone this past weekend. Despite it being Sunday and a holiday (Mother’s Day), Micah came on very short notice (within a few hours) and was able to help us resolve our roof leak before the storm that followed later that evening. We were very thankful that Micah was able to help us during such a critical time! Micah’s attention to detail is commendable and he was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Micah is very well-versed in both intellectual and practical knowledge in the homebuilding space, and his many years of experience was very clear to me when he gave us his very practical advice and suggestions. I will definitely recommend him to my neighbors and my other Austin friends; we need more people like Micah in our community!

I have no words to express my gratitude from that first day I called Flagstone to have my roof checked. Brandon Caron made sure they did the inspection. He sent his team, very professional; they checked the entire roof and the surroundings of the house. They temporarily fixed a water leak. They helped me file the insurance claim. The day the inspector came, they were there to make sure his inspection was correct. The insurance approved the claim. When they sent me the payment for the repair, they only gave me $3,000 because my policy is ACV, which covers the cost minus the depreciation of the house. I didn’t have the money to pay for the entire repair, and Brandon helped me apply for a loan to make the payment. A week later, they called me to schedule the appointment to dismantle the solar panels and replace the roof. Everything was excellent. I’m really happy and grateful to the entire Flagstone team. I personally recommend them.

We had a hail storm last year and Flagstone repaired my roof and they repaired gutters and windows and I got a new garage door. I am very happy with my house and all the work done. I felt very comfortable with them and Brandon from Flagstone was so nice and helpful and even when I got alittle grouchy, he was so sweet to me. I would recommend them highly. Biggest thing was I trust them. (And I'm a 73 yr old sr. woman so that's really a big thing for me.)

Anthony Ledford and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole process. This is second time my roof has been destroyed by hail damage and Flagstone installed both. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
