Their customer service is exceptional, their pricing is fair, and it's even better knowing you're supporting a family-owned business. It's refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and takes pride in doing quality work. Alex initially came out to look at some concerns I had with my fascia. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary work, he was completely honest and explained that there was nothing structurally wrong and that making repairs wouldn't be worth the effort. During our conversation, I explained that my main concern was whether the fascia would support new gutters. Alex let me know that they also install gutters and provided a quote that was very competitive—right in line with my expectations and actually lower than the larger gutter companies I had already received estimates from. Joe came out to measure the house before the installation and was courteous, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. On installation day, Jonathan and his crew were outstanding. They were polite, efficient, respectful of my property, and completed the entire installation in under three hours. The new gutters look great!

I recently found myself dealing with a roof emergency. I checked out roofing companies in my area and stumbled upon HD Roofing. Due to their consistent high ratings a decided to give them a try. They were quick to respond to my request. Alex arrived and fully inspected the areas of concern. He was able to show me pictures and provided detailed information on the issue and his recommendation. Alex was easy to communicate with and was able to answer all the questions I presented to him. Prior to leaving he provided me with a contract on the work to be done. A couple of days later the roofer came out to make the repairs. The process was smooth and the work only took a handful of hours. Alex returned to inspect the work and do a final follow up with me. Again he inspected the areas and provided me feedback and pictures. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the level of service I have received from HD Roofing. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was on point.

I had a great experience with HD Roofing. Made an emergency call at 5:30 on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Alex was able to come and meet me within 30 minutes. We ended up having an issue with our ac unit in the roof and not the roof itself, but Alex took extra time to investigate as much as he could. Prompt, friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend.
