Legacy Roofing put a new roof on my house yesterday, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Our roof had been damaged by hail, and we had spoken with several roofing companies but never felt comfortable moving forward with any of them. Then Legacy Roofing came along. Jerson stopped by our house one day, and from the very first moment, he made us feel completely at ease. He explained the entire process clearly from start to finish, including how everything would work with our homeowners insurance company. He helped with the estimate, met the insurance inspector at my house, and walked through everything with him to make sure nothing was missed or undervalued. Jerson was there every step of the way and handled everything with little to no effort required from me. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing Jerson is at his job. More than that, he is just a genuinely good person. Even our dog Lucy fell in love with him. When installation day came, Ivan handled everything, and just like Jerson, he was amazing. His attention to detail and professionalism were second to none. He made sure everything was done to perfection, and when the job was finished, there was zero trash, nails, or materials left behind. The final product speaks for itself, and we could not be happier. They even installed a solar-powered attic fan at no charge to help keep the attic cool during the hot summer months and replaced old plywood at no charge. Great experience! Worked with Jaz where he initially dropped in for quick inspection with short notice and within a week did a quick roof repair for a very reasonable price. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy about a full replacement and actually affirmed that the rest of our roof is still in great shape. Honest, professional, and highly recommended!
