Onward Roofing just completed reroofing my house in Northwest Hills. Having spent a career in architecture and construction, I can honestly say that Onward Roofing is the best I've worked with. From my initial contact with Ilaria Prescott through the final walk-around, I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service. The entire roof was removed down to the decking. New underlayment, shingles, and all vents were installed. Everything was completed within one day. My yard and decks were left cleaner than when the crew arrived. Plus, there was a project manager, Byron Mireles, on the job throughout the process. Having Ilaria and Byron communicating with me all the time made the project painless.
