The best part is when the work is done, all the trash is cleaned up, and everything on the patio is restored to its original position. Rhino Roofing did a great job on our new roof. They were exceptionally friendly, thorough and patient and we decided what type of roof we wanted and what color. Crystal was in constant communication, Dan made sure we had the samples we needed to help us decide and explained what we needed to know about different kinds of roofs and Austin made sure the crew was there when they said and ensured a clean, safe and expedient install. Had a great experience with Rhino Roofing! First, Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us with our insurance claim until we received approval for the new roof installation. Then, he continued to assist us in selecting the new roof. Secondly, the roof installation team was amazing. Led by Alexander, they did a fantastic job with the installation and the cleanup. Alexander is very professional and willing to listen and answer all of my questions. We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Rhino Roofing.

Special shoutout to Chris, who was my point man through this whole process. I've had my roof replaced multiple times, and Rhino Roofing is the best experience I've had. Needed a new roof, gutters, window, and solar panels. They were professional, informative, gave me options, upgraded everything at a discount, and the crew they hired was fast and did a good job. My only negative point in the whole experience was that they punctured a water line in my garage, but it wasn't entirely their fault, as my plumbing wasn't built to code in the first place. Chris comped me for it out of his own pocket. Overall, a great experience and definitely would hire again.
