The workmanship was great, and when we experienced a small leak after the roof was completed, Rene and his team responded immediately. They came straight out to fix the issue and even arranged for someone to repaint the small ceiling stain caused by the leak. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. Even after the job had been completed and fully paid for, Rene continued to check in with us after heavy rainfall to make sure everything was performing as it should and to see if there was anything else that needed attention. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly stands behind its work and genuinely cares about its customers. I recently used Vantage Roofing for roof repairs around my chimney and attic vents. We returned from travel and found damage to our ceiling and needed quick repairs before another storm hit. Rene, Maria, and the team responded quickly to my inquiry and had an estimate to me that same day. I was impressed with the communication from everyone when repairs had to be delayed a day due to heavy rain. The team arrived as scheduled and worked all day on the repairs. I just want to share my review about Vantage Roofing. I recently had a raccoon make a nice hole in my roof. After sifting through various quotes, I selected Vantage Roofing and I am very happy that I did. They quoted me a very fair price, showed up right when they said they would, treated me with professionalism, but most importantly, they did a fantastic job.
