He was always available by phone or text to answer any questions, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Tyler, the co-owner, was also very helpful throughout the process. At first, the insurance company didn’t want to cover a full roof replacement, but with Zilker Roofing’s help and expertise, we were able to get it approved. The team was honest, transparent, and very professional. They also worked around our schedule for the installation and used high-quality materials. The roof looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end. I highly recommend Zilker Roofing!

Zilker roofing did a great job replacing my roof! The crew showed up at 7am and finished up right around 5pm. The roofers were quick, the project managers (Will and Billy) were thorough and overall Im happy with how everything turned out. They replaced the bad fascia, old decking and repainted with matching color where needed. Everything came out looking really good.❤️

Excellent customer service and very respectful workers while performing the roof replacement. Workers took the time to protect landscaping prior to the work started. Worked non-stop from time of arrival and completed the job before leaving in one day. All workers participated in cleaning the area around the house and left no nails or trash anywhere.
